Q: I can't sign up for classes.
A: This may be because you are still an applicant here at Pulaski Tech. Contact Admissions and Records to see what you need to do to complete the enrollment process.
Q: How do I set up my portal account
Q: It won't let me login
Q: What's my username/student id
A: Go Help Tab of the myPTC portal and fill out the form to the right. This will reset (or set) your password and display your login username and student id. Then try logging into the portal.
Q: Not letting me sign in. I am using my correct username password.
A: Your password has most likely expired. Please Go Help Tab of the myPTC portal and fill out the form to the right to reset your password.
Q: Not letting me reset password. And everything is correct.
A: If you feel that you are typing your information correct and it is not letting you reset password, please come up to the Office of Admissions and Records to verify your information.
Q: Where do I sign up for New student Orientation(NSO).
A: Go Admissions Tab >> New Student Orientation on the right side bar after logging into the portal.
Q: I have an Admissions question.
A: You need to contact the office of Admissions and Records. Their number is (501)812-2231.
Q: I have an Financial Aid question.
A: You need to contact the office of Financail Aid. Their number is (501)812-2610.
Q: I have an question about my bill.
Q: I have an question about payment plan.
A: You need to contact the Business Office. Their number is (501)812-2278.
Q: Can't access Blackboard or a specific course in blackboard
A: You need to wait until that class actually begins. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to double check.
