We have concluded the informational meetings for the PTC Fishing Club and there seems to be enough interest to proceed and form a student organization. In order to do this, the members must meet and establish by-laws and a constitution. They will also need to elect officers. We will need to have fifteen members present to do this.

I would like to meet on Wednesday April 9 at 5:30 p.m. in room IT 301. It is very important that anyone with an interest in the club attend this meeting. Unfortunately, I cannot find a time which is convenient for everyone, but it is very important that you attend if you possibly can.

The spring 2008 final exam schedule is available on the Pulaski Technical College Web site. The exam schedule can be accessed by users when visiting the “Current Students” page.

Blackboard Planned Maintenance

Because of the winter weather last week, two of the planned informational meetings for the student fishing club were cancelled.  The meetings have been rescheduled for Monday March 17 at 1:00 and Tuesday March 18 at 2:00.  Both meetings will be held in room IT301.

Please make every effort to attend if you are interested in participating.  We need to provide a list of interested students to the college in order to recognized as a student organization.

Do you need help using your PTC student email account?  Help is available by emailing onlinecourses@pulaskitech.edu.  The staff at online courses can help you answer questions and solve problems.

A portal is a single point of access to all of the information systems you will use as a student a Pulaski Technical College.  These systems include Blackboard, Campus Connect, and Gmail, our student email provider. 

To begin, please activate your account.  You can do this by following the Manage My Account link on the portal.

Online classes do not start until January 14, 2008, when you successfully log in you will still not see your online classes until that date.
